Have a good time in Alaska by staying at Regina's Bed & Breakfast. Guests of the inn will surely feel at home when they walk into this delightful home. Guests will wake up in the morning to the sunshine and the wonderful smell of a continental breakfast being cooked. After eating the hearty meal, which can be served in bed for an extra fee, guests can roam the area or head over to the recreation center to relax in the sauna. Or, simply unwind at the inn and mingle with other guests in the common sitting area. For a night out on the town, dine at some restaurants to get a glimpse of the area's culture or stay at the inn and relax in the room for peace and quiet. There is free laundry room open until 9 PM. There is also a full kitchen for all guests to enjoy along with spices for cooking. For munchies, guests can enjoy coffee, tea, and cookies and there are crackers for special kids. For guests who like to sleep in or don't want breakfast, they can receive restaurant and food delivery coupons. The inn is within walking distance to downtown and there is one city bus that guests can take. There is also a bike rental shop close by. The inn is located in a Swallow bird area of town. Please meet for breakfast in the managers office upstairs. Standard plus room receives a full breakfast while the small standard rooms get a hearty continental breakfast. Both rentals get a card for a free appetizer at a local restaurant if they check in at 1 PM or call with arrival time. Anyone gets other coupons available, otherwise they get the appetizer card if they skip breakfast. If you need the managers pager number, please ask for it. There is an addiontional fee for smokers that must be paid upon arrival of $20/night. Smokers can only smoke outside because of a municipal ordiance that prohibit s smoking in the common areas of the house. There is a coffeecan for cigeratte butts outside. There is also a designated floor for kids to sit and watch movies. The VCR library can be checked out upon arrival through the innkeeper. Kids can also play outside in the full backyard. Regina's also offers free local faxes for any guest. There is only one full bathroom with shower and tub. Internet is available across the street from 9 AM - 9 PM. Please do not leave fish guts inside interior trash cans. Free laundry soap is available for one load.** When guests stay in these pleasant rooms, they might never want to leave their cozy atmosphere. All rooms come with a telephone, cable TV, and smoke detectors. Guests can enjoy the coffeemaker and complimentary coffee while cooking in the guest kitchen. All rooms share a bath with other guests. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the stay at Regina's bed and breakfast. Guests must request alarm clock radio 48 hour in advance, for any rooms. There is one full bathroom with shower & tub .**Each room features one bed, a twin bed mattress can be put down for people requiring more than one bed. This is a extra fee of $25/night if there is more than 2 people in the room. It must be paid upon arrival. **All rooms must pay $50 cash for key and damage deposit upon arrival.** **This property requires a two-night minimum stay for all arrivals reserving the Standard Plus. No minimum requirement for other rooms. There is a $5 charge for carrying bags over 50 lbs unless you are handicap or a senior citizen over 50. **Please note that the historical building has rooms that are not as large as hotel rooms.** Please do not leave fish guts inside interior trash cans. **Maximum of two kids per room.** A $25 cleaning fee will be incurred and collected at property for any stays that are five nights or longer.   1144115817

1118 East 10th Avenue, Anchorage, AK - From Anchorage Airport: Take International Airport Road out of Airport to a street light and go left, up the hill and take a right on west 9th Avenue past the post office on the left and a small store on the right to four way stop sign. Take a right and go one block to a yellow & white two story house on the left corner (1100 East 10th Ave). Manager is upstairs or waiting for you at the upstairs 1118 east 10th Ave (green building 3rd on right) with Regina's yellow sign in middle of it. Also it is directly in front of Fairview Community Center ( 3 story wood sided building).
